The challenge
Paper surveys took months to digitize and errors surfaced too late to fix. Many villages had no reliable mobile signal.
What we did
- 01Designed the questionnaire with skip logic, GPS and photo checks built in.
- 02Built an offline-first Android app that syncs when enumerators reach coverage.
- 03Trained and managed field teams with daily progress tracking.
- 04Delivered cleaned datasets and Power BI dashboards to program leads.
